Good news: the dice have arrived in Italy, since I have required a super-fast-express Fedex shipping, to receive them before the weekend. 

Bad news: the same courier is on Strike since Wednesday night and the shipment is presently held by customs, waiting for clearance. 

Their customer care said everything should be back to normal on Monday.
Unfortunately this means another week of delay of which again I am sorry.

For the same reason the new planned launch date for A Dice Odyssey is June 12th.

I will keep you posted!

I am happy to announce that the Sky’s Edge have left the factory and are currently in transit from China to Italy.

All invoices are ready since March and your envelopes are now being labeled, so that when the dice will arrive it will be possible to mail them in the shortest time.

Then a new campaign will start!

All going well, it will be launched on June 5th and last 30 days, offering three new full sets sharing the same unique clear and readable sci-fi numbers:

Purple Nebula

Sky’s Edge

Outer Space

As you know, since the BackerKit store for this campaign was a success, it was possible to collect enough funds to manufacture a first limited batch of Sky’s Edge full set, that you backers had a chance to pre-order at a reduced price.

Good news: the store kept attracting many external pre-orders, and I am now evaluating special agreements with a few retailers, so I felt confident enough to order the manufacturing of a first limited batch of the Outer Space and Purple Nebula sets also.

This will greatly help reducing the post-campaign waiting time for a couple hundred of backers at least :)

Let's look at the bright side. As a consequence of the extended delivery timeline prompted by the factory's issues with the Sky's Edge, there has been enough time to setup a proper pledge manager, offering also a few extra dice (such as the popular Purple Nebula d6, and the glowing Eclipse d10), and to send you all a first shipment including whatever was ready.

Unfortunately the fulfillment took longer than expected, so I am still working on the Lutz Poster campaign while a few backers are still waiting for their dice (if you are one of them, please hold on: they are coming). For this reasons it wasn't possible to launch a new campaign for dice in April, but I would like to reveal its title:

A Dice Odyssey

...which is of course a tribute to the great Kubrick's movie that turned 50 this month.
I am quite happy to announce that even while the anticipated new campaign has been postponed, the success of the BackerKit pre-order store for this one allowed to pay for the manufacturing of the first run of Sky's Edge full sets that you have booked through it!

This brought a little additional delay to the schedule of the Sky's Edge d6, that are currently at the painting stage, but at least the planned second shipment will be enough to let you get all the dice you are currently waiting for.

If you have received your first shipment, please consider filling up the survey as suggested on the receipt you found inside the plastic envelope attached to your package, as this would be of great help to shape the new campaign to get you something you could really like!

Thanks again for your patience and support, it's been a wild ride for Constellation Dice since I launched the first campaign to make just 50 glow-in-the-dark d6, on April 26th, 2015!
